Marawi Resort Hotel, Inc.

The Marawi Resort Hotel Inc was incorporated principally by Mr. Enrique Zobel de Ayala into \"Enjay Corporation\" on 17 October 1973. The MRHI was later offered to the public and was joined by five government institutions: Southern Philippines Development Authority (SPDA), as the parent company, Mindanao State University (MSU), Social Security System (SSS), National Power Corporation (NPC), and Philippine Amanah Bank (PAB). The primary purpose of the Corporation is to engage in, and operate a hotel, restaurant, cafe bar, refreshment and entertainment, and other allied business, and to acquire, purchase, or lease land, building and other improvements in connection with its business.
