History

On 16 March 1984, NFC was incorporated and registered as a stock corporation with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Registration No. 119668. It was purposely established as a tomato paste processing center that will provide alternative livelihood to Ilocano farmers. NFC is a subsidiary of National Livelihood Development Corporation (NLDC), a GOCC formed as a result of the merger between Livelihood Corporation (LIVECOR) and National Livelihood Support (NLSF).

Mission

To supply high quality processed products at competitive prices using the farmers’ fresh produce and applying appropriate processing technology.

Vision

By 2020, NFC will be a model, profitable company manufacturing high quality tomato paste and other related processed food products and providing sustainable livelihood for the community.
