Kamayan Realty Corporation

The Kamayan Realty Corporation (KRC) was organized on April 19, 1974 under the Corporation Law of the Philippines to acquire, buy, sell, exchange, manage, improve, lease or otherwise deal in real property. It was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 20, 1976 under Registry Number 55908.

On July 3, 1974, the American Parity Agreement was terminated. Getty Oil Philippines, Inc. [now Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation (PSPC)] donated 60 per cent of its landholdings to the National Development Company (NDC). On May 23, 1975, a consolidated Deed of Assignment and Transfer was executed wherein NDC and Getty Oil Philippines, Inc. conveyed 55 parcels of land to KRC for a 60 per cent – 40 per cent undivided interest in exchange for fully paid shares of stocks of the Corporation.
