History

The LBP Resources and Development Corporation (LBRDC), formely LB (Land Bank) Realty Development Corporation, is a wholly owned and controlled subsidiary of Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) created on 8 May 1975. It was created with the primary purpose of serving as an investment diversification for landowners whose properties have been covered by the agrarian reform law, in the form of real estate development and construction. Presently, LBRDC is engaged in construction, project management, brokering services, and real estate management and development.

Its major projects since then were: 1) a joint venture with landowners in the development and construction of the Palacio del Gobernador in Malate, Manila, 2) the development of Lumang Bayan Executive Village in Antipolo, 3) the construction of the 4-storey commercial LBRDC Building in Naga City, 4) LB One Condominium in Singalong, Manila, and 5) Grand Garden Villas Subdivision in Dasmariñas, Cavite.

LBRDC has expanded its business lines to engage in, operate and carry on, and now offers various facilities maintenance and manpower services such as janitorial and air conditioning unit maintenance.
