Palacio Del Gobernador Condominium Corporation

The Palacio Del Gobernador Condominium Corporation (PDGCC) is a non-stock, non-profit corporation created on September 23, 1976. It is a condominium corporation which is subject to the provisions under the Republic Act No. 4726 (The Condominium Act) and formed exclusively for the purpose of managing and holding title to the common areas of the historic Palacio del Gobernador (Palace of the Governor) building in Intramuros.

The building is occupied by government agencies, namely:

1. Bureau of the Treasury (BTr),
2. Intramuros Administration (IA), and
3. Office of the President (OP).
