Forty-five hectares and nine thousand square meters (45.9 hectares) of land in Pasay was given to NPF, a portion of whihc stood the Nayong Pilipino Cultural Park. On June 26, 2002, then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (PGMA) issued Executive Order 11 ordering the NPF to close and seize operations. It was in 2006 that NPF established its presence at the Clark Expo site in Pampanga.
